Sadler – Earl Wilbert
After a long illness, peacefully at the home of his daughter with his family by his side, on November 23, 2021, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Mary Helen (Massey). Dear father of Marlene and Susan and treasured grandfather of Madison Thicke. Cherished son of the late Wilbert and Pearl Sadler (Meredith)
Predeceased by sister Dora Van Strepen (late Alphonse). Survived by his brothers Donald (Margaret), Leonard (Nora) and Carl (Christina).
He will be dearly missed by family members, friends and members of the community. His family would like to express a heartfelt thanks to Dr’s. Reichmann and Casey, Amanda Metcalfe and other nurses and PSWs from Saint Elizabeth Health Care for all their compassion and care.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at St. Paul’s United Church, 3452 McBean Street, Richmond on Sunday, November 28th from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 3 p.m. Reception will be held at the Richmond Legion following the service. Video of the service will be available on Sunday, November 29th.
