Loving grandfather of Darian, Stefen, Yvonne and Ethan. Dear brother of Jane Dixon (the late Angus). Son of the late Russell and Noreen Niblett. Friends may visit at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd. (between Baseline Rd. and Bayshore Dr.) Nepean on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until time of memorial service in the chapel at 2 p.m. followed by a reception.
