Peacefully, following a brief illness, in hospital on Friday, August 9, 2013 at the age of 85 years. Beloved husband, for 60 years, to Mildred . Loving father of Paul (Karen) and Chris (Carole). Proud and cherished grandfather of Steven (Tiffany) and Valerie (Alex). Dear brother of Doreen and Barbara. He will also be missed by his brother-in-law Lorne Salter. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore Dr. and Baseline Rd.) on Tuesday, August 13th from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, August 14th at 11:00 am. Reception to follow. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens.
