Deborah Jane Zieglgansberger

It is with great sadness that we must announce the peaceful passing of Deborah Jane Zieglgansberger on December 29th. Deb will be missed and mourned by her husband, Pierre Gamache, her sons Charles (Melissa Wong) and Max, as well as her father George Zieglgansberger (Cari Houmann), her sisters Catherine and Barbara (Hector Tapia), her brothers Doug (Tanyalux) and John (Mary). She will also be greatly missed by Amanda Ascencio-Stanfield, as well as by her uncles and aunts, by their families, and by friends she had known for decades.

After showing great promise in visual arts, Deb dedicated herself to information technology. Cooking was a hobby and she enjoyed preparing, and sharing meals with family and friends. Deb loved life and loved laughing. She especially enjoyed science fiction and traveling. The picture shown here dates from our last trip to Italy in 2017. You are invited to join us in celebration of Deb’s life, the memorial reception will be held on Saturday May 25th from noon to 2 p.m. at the Tubman Funeral Home Garden Chapel, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Rd). Donations can be made to your local Dementia or Alzheimer association.
