Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loving family members following struggles with ALS.

David leaves to grieve his wife and ananchara Charmaigne O’Toole, his children and their spouses, stepdaughter, grandchildren, three sisters and their spouses, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.

During his life, David had a thirst and curiosity for learning, books, music, and language. He worked as a Technical Writer, yoga teacher and meditation teacher. He was a man in full command of language that now no words can do justice to the person he was. The world is an inferior place for his absence.
