1963-2021

Passed away unexpectedly in hospital on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at the age of 58. Loving husband of Cristina Pereira. Beloved son of Fred and Mary Cameron; brother of Karen Ottmann (Peter), Colin and Ian and uncle of Caelen and Liam Ottmann. Cherished son-in-law of Norma Pereira (the late Manuel); brother-in-law of Gisele Bottomley (late Nigel), Raymond Pereira (Kathy Kelley), Robert Pereira (late Alma), Damian Pereira and René Pereira and uncle-in-law of Cassandra, Alex, Ashley, Christopher and Kristen. David will be fondly remembered by his many friends and extended family. The family wishes to thank the Dr’s and nurses of the Ottawa General Hospital – Intensive Care Unit, the Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Program Dr’s and nurses and the nurses from 5 West.
