Darren Oudom Stephens

Darren Oudom Stephens was born into love on August 5, 2026 and gently passed away shortly after on August 20, 2026. Though we only held him for a brief moment, his memory will stay with us forever.

Darren is deeply loved and forever remembered by his parents, Roit Prom and Brian Stephens. He is held in the hearts of his grandparents Tha and Rann, and Floris (James) and Harold; aunts and uncles Sarin (Thanh), Sarom (Thai), Sarun, Karim (Melissa) and Devon. Darren also leaves behind loving cousins Vivianne, Lana, Jackson, Preston, Hendrix, Taivon, Kendra, and Deontae, as well as a large extended family who will carry his memory always.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and medical team at the Ottawa General Hospital and CHEO for their tenderness and compassionate care.

Visitation will be held at Tubman Funeral Home Garden Chapel, 3440 Richmond Road, on Monday, August 31, 2026 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Funeral service and prayers will be held in the chapel at 6:00pm.

In honour of Darren, memorial donations may be made to NICU department of the Ottawa Hospital General Campus or CHEO.
