Peacefully on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus, at the age of 77 years. Beloved husband for 40 years to the late Sylvia (January 22, 2017). Charley will be greatly missed by extended family and friends. In keeping with Charley's wishes, no service will be held. For those wishing, a donation to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation or the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
