On Monday, February 6, 2018 at the age of 55 years. Beloved husband of Cindy Miles. Loving step-father (Bruce Bear) of Stephanie and Ryan. Dear son of Pearl and Bob Brougham, of BC. Survived by 4 brothers and 2 sisters. He is predeceased by 2 brothers. Dear son-in-law of Lindsay and Anita Mills, of Cornwall. He will be sadly missed by his close friends Chris Olive, Doug Clune, Dan Antonini, and Jeff Pelletier. Friends may call at the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Home, 115 Rivington Street, Carp, on Sunday, February 11 ^th from 1-2:30 pm followed by a memorial service in the chapel at 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers donations to Roger Neilson House would be appreciated.
