December 29, 1931 — January 20, 2019
On Sunday January 20, 2019. Predeceased by her husband Emmett Patrick Collins (1993). Her ashes will be inurned in the centuries-old “Fitzsimmons” family plot at Notre Dame Cemetery with her father Albert Edward Fitzsimmons. The family would like to thank the staff at Stoneridge Manor and Dr. Drake for the care and attention Bev received during her stay at the Manor
