Beatrice (Betty) Stapledon

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Betty Stapledon (nee Duncan). Beloved wife and best friend of the late Robert Stapledon. Dear mother of Jeff (Linda), Lynne (Mike), and Greg (Carol). Loving grandmother to Christopher (Gillian), Meghan (Nick), and Sabrina.  Great grandmother to Peyton, Jackson, Cian and Charlotte. Dearest sister to Dodie Atkinson (the late Bill), the late Douglas Duncan (the late Doreen), and Gerald Duncan (Joan). Resting peacefully at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, Nepean. Private family service will be held at a later date. For those who wish, donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation or the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
