Suddenly at home on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at the age of 27 years. Beloved daughter of Wayne and Margueret Lewis. Loving sister of Meagan, Alexandra and Mackenzie. Special aunt to Madison and Kyleigh. Amanda is also survived by many aunts and uncles.
A Memorial Service will be held at the
Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes
115 Rivington Street
on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 4 p.m.
Those wishing may donate to the Ottawa Humane Society or the Ottawa Valley Animal Rescue.
