After a long and fulfilling life, Agnes died peacefully at the age of 91. Born in Germany, she immigrated to Canada, as a newlywed, in 1956. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed lively conversation. She is predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Friedrich-Carl. She leaves behind her daughter Tona Locke, with husband Randy and children Adam and Sam, and her son George with wife Karen and children Ben and Eva. A service to honour her life will take place at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at 11:30 a.m., followed by a reception.
