Beaudin, Royal “Roy”

Passed away peacefully and with dignity on Sunday, September 29th, 2019 at the age of 85.  Predeceased by his parents Alphonse Beaudin and Rose-Alma (nee Paquette).  Survived by his sister Georgette (the late Jean-Marc).  Predeceased by his sisters Alice (Nathaniel), Emilie (Léon), Pauline, Louise (Léo) and Pierrette (Jean-Paul).  Roy will be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews; Robert (Alicia), Jacques (Francine), Denis (Patricia), Marcel (Lise) and the late Serge.  Remembered by his children Paul, Yvon, Lise and Nicole.  A visitation will be held at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Rd (at Roosevelt), Ottawa on Saturday, October 5th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Sunday, October 6th at 1 p.m., followed by a reception.  The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the Queensway Carleton Hospital -ICU Unit, Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice and Hospice Care Ottawa for the dignified care that Roy received.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Care Ottawa or the Queensway Carleton Foundation.
