Peacefully on Monday, July 8th, 2019 at the Forest Hill Nursing Home with her family by her side in her 106th year.  Much loved mother of Carol (the late Wayne Woods), Robert and Michael (Carol).  Proud grandmother of David (Crystal McGregor) and Andrew.  Predeceased by her husband Ed and her 8 siblings.  Special thank you to the staff at Forest Hill Nursing Home for their compassionate care and support.  Visitation will be held at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Rd. (at Roosevelt), Ottawa on Thursday, July 11th at 1 p.m. followed by service in the chapel at 2 p.m.  Burial to take place at Pinecrest Remembrance Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
