Maria Teresa Pais Borges

Peacefully on April 28th, 2019, at the age of 81, at the Maison Bruyère. She leaves to mourn her daughter, Paula Borges (Alan Brownrigg); her grandchildren, Jesse and Carina (Benoît Lavoie) as well as her great- grandchildren, Nina and Emma.

Memorial visitation will take place on Thursday May 2nd, 2019 at  Tubman Funeral Homes (403 Richmond Road in Ottawa) from 6 pm to 8 pm.

In memory of Teresa, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Maison Bruyère and the staff at the Gatineau Hospital (oncology and radiotherapy units) for the excellent treatment given to Teresa. The family would also like to give a big thank you to Mrs. Diane Francis and Mrs. Cleitiane Vieira for the wonderful care and support provided at home.
