In hospital, surrounded by family on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at the age of 48 years.  Beloved husband of Barb “Babs” Abson.  Loving son of Ron and Jan Abson.  Dear brother of Kerry Riley (William).  Jamie has gone to join his beloved dog Wally “Wza”.  Jamie will be missed by his former colleagues at TSN Team 1200.  A visitation will be held at the Garden chapel of Tubman Funeral Home, 3440 Richmond Rd., Nepean (between Bayshore & Baseline Rds) on Sunday, September 19th from 1 to 4 pm.  Memorial service will be private.  Inurnment to take place at United Cemeteries, Carleton Place.  Due to COVID restrictions, we ask that you please register your attendance for the visitation by visiting the funeral home website at www.tubmanfuneralhomes.com or by calling 613-722-6559.  In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.  Tributes, condolences, and donations may be made at www.tubmanfuneralhomes.com
