Carnegie – James Robert

Peacefully in hospital on Saturday, November 30, 2019 in his 68th year.  Beloved husband of Jacqueline (Payne).  Dear father of Ryan (Amelia Ranger), Erin Carnegie and Catherine Provost (Kyle).  Loving grandfather of Aleister and Morgan Carnegie; Silas Colbert, Declan Claude; and Bronson Provost.  Brother of Douglas Carnegie, Jennifer Goodman, Cynthia Buch and Rhonda McGibbon. Son of Edna Carnegie (née Monahan) and the late Wallace.  James was born in Pembroke on April 17, 1952 and lived most of his life in Manotick. Special thanks to the staff at Kemptville District Hospital and the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus for the excellent care provided.  Friends may attend a visitation at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Dr., Kars on Thursday, December 5th from 5 to 8 p.m.  Memorial service will be held in the chapel on Friday, December 6th at 1 p.m.  Those wishing may make memorial donations to the Royal Ottawa Hospital Foundation, 1145 Carling Ave, Ottawa, ON  K1Z 7K4.Tributes, condolences or donations may be made at www.tubmanfuneralhomes.com.
