Passed away in hospital in Ottawa, Ontario after a brief illness on Friday, January 10, 2020 at the age of 92. Beloved husband of the late Louise Woodruff. Loving father of the late Thomas, Cathy (Delbert), William, Stephen (Brenda) and James (Bev). Proud grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
