In hospital on Saturday, July 3, 2021.  Predeceased by her parents Charles and Alice Smith.  Loving sister of Andrew.  Frances was retired from the administration side of the RCMP.  A memorial service will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Home on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 2 pm.  Those wishing to view the service through Live Stream may do so by clicking the link below.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa Humane Society would be appreciated.
