With sad hearts, we announce the death of our dear son Stephen peacefully on Friday, May 8, 2026, at the age of 73 years. Dear son of George and Ruth, brother of Daniel (Claire) and Peter (Leslie), uncle to Blaire, Cameron, and Jonathan.

Stephen resided at the Rideau Regional Centre, Smith Falls for many years, and to his former staff, thank you for your kindness and care during that period. It has always been appreciated. The kind and loving care for Stephen continued with his transition to Ottawa living, and to the staff of TCE, 16 Eleanor Drive, and Wilson House, we thank you. 

There will be a private family internment service at Pinecrest Cemetery.
