Rita Nash died peacefully on February 27, 2026, at the age of 85, at Valley Stream Retirement Home in Ottawa, Ontario. She is survived by her loving husband, Patrick Nash.
Rita will be lovingly remembered by her children, Debbie Belanger, Brian Nash, Don Nash, Lois Cerone, Mike Nash, and Steve Nash.
Dearly missed by her 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Rita is reunited with her deceased son, Shawn Nash, grandson Alex and her 13 siblings.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Tubman Funeral Homes Garden Chapel, 3440 Richmond Road (between Baseline and Bayshore Drive) on Friday, March 13th, from 10:00 until the time of the service in the Chapel at 11:00. Reception to follow.
