MACLAURIN, Gail Ellen (Magladry)
June 6, 1941 - August 24, 2026
Peacefully, at Granite Ridge in the presence of her loved ones. Gail leaves behind her children Kathi (Jones), Chris (Dao) and Jeff. She was a proud grandmother of Sara, Holly, Huy, David and Jonathan. She will be greatly missed by her sister Lynda Reed and many nieces and nephews. Gail was predeceased by her longtime partner Hank Vanderbraak, her parents Earl and May Magladry and her sister Marilyn (Mark). Family and friends are invited to gather on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at Tubman Funeral Homes Garden Chapel, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean for a visitation and refreshments from noon until 1:30 p.m. Gail’s Celebration of Life will begin at 1:30 p.m. immediately followed by her interment for immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Alzheimer’s Society of Canada or The Ottawa Humane Society would be gratefully accepted.
