GODS GARDEN

God looked around his garden - and found an empty place, He then looked down upon the earth - and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you - and lifted you to rest. God’s garden must be beautiful - He always takes the best. He knew you were suffering, He knew you were in pain. He knew that you would never – Get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough – And the hills were hard to climb. So he closed your weary eyelids – And whispered, ‘Peace be thine’. It broke our hearts to lose you – But you didn’t go alone, for part of us went with you – The day God called you home.

Elizabeth Eve Rump née Lally AKA Sebie 

Age 62

Date of passing: October 3, 2026

Daughter Mackenzie Rump (Trever), sister Kimberlee Lally-White, brother-in-law Ken White. Her much loved nephews, Connor and Laine White. Sebie was predeceased by her parents, Gerald V. Lally and Pennie Lally. 

She was fun, loving, and generous, with a spirit that filled every room. She will be remembered for her many pet dogs, Bea, and her caretaking and love of farm animals and her walks with her goats. She spent time crafting wind chimes, handing out candy on every visit, enjoying the extra-large double double with an old-fashioned plain. Private family visitation has taken place.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at Highland Park Cemetery, 2037 McGee Side Road, Carp, Ontario K0A 1L0 at 1:00 pm on October 17th, 2026.
