Today we wish my beloved husband well on his new Journey. Andre was a man of principle, honour, loyalty and honesty – very admirable traits that defined him. His career as a Truck Driver with Curb O’Leary’s made him happy and his weekends of drag racing made him happier. He loved cars and their power from a very young age; attending numerous car shows and car cruises over the many years. He also loved his family deeply and enjoyed the annual Vallee Christmas dinners.

Andre was the son of the late Irene and Achille Vallee; predeceased by his brother Gerald Vallee and his wife Claudette, his brother Claude Vallee (Jackie) and his sister Rejeanne Greene and her husband Douglas, Peter and Flo MacMurdo and also niece Suzanne Vidal.

He leaves behind until we meet again his devoted wife Leverne Zwicker and nieces and nephews: Debbie Bourdages (Norm), Michel Vallee (Laura), Jeff Greene (Danielle Lightford), Michael Greene (Lisa Varin), Richard Vallee (Melba) Lynne Vallee-Roy (Jacques), Louise Lefebvre (Denis) and Serge Vallee (Jackie); a number of great nieces and nephews and a number of dear friends and car buddies.

In lieu of flowers you may make a donation to the Charity of your choice or perform an act of kindness to someone.

Andre will be remembered for his integrity, his passion and the quiet strength he brought to those around him. Rest in peace my love.

The family expresses gratitude to the various departments at the Queensway Carleton Hospital that attended upon Andre.

Family and friends are welcome to attend a Visitation at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, 2 May 2026 with a Celebration of Life beginning at 12:00 p.m. Reception to follow at 1:00 p.m.
