survenu le 11 juillet 2011 à l’âge de 77 ans, après une courageuse lutte contre le cancer. Il était l’époux bien-aimé de Alberte (née Mongeon) et le fils de feu Palma Haspect et de feu Jeanne-Claire Landry. Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil ses quatre enfants : Sylvain (Guylaine Deschatelets), Joanne (Denis Fillion), Ginette (Yves Goulet) et Guy (Nathalie Bourassa) ; ses sept petits-enfants : Philippe, Mélissa, Véronique, Alexandre, Guillaume, Joé et Justin ; ses cinq arrière-petits-enfants : Nathan, Olivier, Éliane, Raphaël et Antoine (à venir). Il laisse également ses sœurs Éloise (Henri-Georges Pagé) et Gilberte (Michel Latour), ainsi que plusieurs beaux-frères, belles-sœurs, neveux, nièces, parents et ami(e)s.

Le service religieux, en présence des cendres, aura lieu à l’église St-Grégoire-de-Nazianze, sise au 150 MacLaren Est à Gatineau (secteur Buckingham), le samedi 23 juillet à 11 heures. La famille recevra les condoléances à compter de 9h45. Vos marques de sympathie peuvent se traduire par un don à la Maison Mathieu Froment-Savoie.

In Hospital, at Ottawa, on Thursday, May 12, 2011.  Bill was born in West Vancouver, BC on January 16, 1921.  Beloved husband, for 68 years, of Eleanore (née Sherwood).  Loved father of Judith (Richard Sandbrook), Pamela (Robert Booth), and Elizabeth Lilley. Cherished grandfather of Tim, Samantha, and Jessica.  Proud great-grandfather of Isabella.  He also will be missed by extended family, friends and Kanata Lakes neighbours.  Bill will be remembered for his talents as a Rock and Alpine gardener, his exquisite handmade to scale ships, and his watercolours.  Family and friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road (at Roosevelt) on Thursday, May 19, 2011 from 1:00 pm followed by a Memorial Service which will be held in the Chapel at 2:00 pm.  For those wishing, a donation to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.

Peacefully at Specialty Care Granite Ridge on Thursday, May 12, 2011, age 85 years. Peacefully on Monday, May 16, 2011, age 61 years.  Beloved son of Loreen Russell and the late Douglas Russell.  Brother of Margaret Hallahan (Tom), and the late Donald Russell (Sharron).  Uncle of Alicia Meloche (Dave) and Sean Hallahan (Jennifer) and great uncle to Jasmine, Sasha and Lucas.  He was a resident of Rideau Regional Centre for 50 years, and for the last few years happily enjoying life at Wilson House of T.C.E.  A special thanks to the staff at Wilson House and Queensway Carleton Hospital for the loving care given to Bob.  Friends may call at Cityview United Church, 6 Epworth Dr., Nepean on Friday, May 20th from 12:30 p.m until time of service at 1:30 p.m.  Interment Capital Memorial Gardens.  Those wishing may make memorial donations to Total Communication Environment, Unit 5, 203 Colonnade Rd., S., Nepean, K2E 7K3 or the charity of their choice.

Peacefully, on Monday, May 16th 2011, in her 107th year, Anne went to be with her Lord and Comforter, whom she loved so very much. Anne is predeceased by husbands Gordon McDonald in 1970 and Walter Jarrett in 2002. She outlived her brothers Fred, Harry and John and her sisters Elizabeth, Margaret, Florence and Louise.  Anne was the much loved and admired aunt of Clifford Moore, Lois Wagstaff Lavallee, Shirley Rempel (Al) and Jackie Stapledon (Brian) and their families. She will be fondly remembered by Walter’s son David (Margaret) and the Jarrett family. Anne will also be missed by her extended, loving family and many wonderful friends.  She enjoyed being involved in activities at her Carleton Lodge home and volunteered on the Residents’ Council right up until her passing.  Many thanks to the staff at Carleton Lodge for the care and friendship they have given Anne over the past 12 years. Anne often referred to many of the staff and residents as her 2nd family. She was a delight to be around and an inspiration to all she met. She will be dearly missed. A service to celebrate Anne’s life will be held at Bromley Road Baptist Church, 1900 Lauder Drive, Ottawa, K2A 1B1.on Friday, May 20th 10:30 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Bromley Road Baptist Church or charity of your choice would be appreciated
