I wish to extend my condolences to Pat's family and friends. I manage Three Wild Women. Pat would come in periodically and it was always a pleasure to take care of her. She always had a big smile on her face. She had a great sense of humour, we had fun. I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Dear Christopher and family - I know that you won't remember me but I babysat for you many years ago when you and your family lived in Montreal West. I think that you lived on Percival and it was right near to Elizabeth Ballantyne School. I was about 16 years old and did a lot of babysitting at that time and would guess that it was about 1960 or 1961. I remember you as the cutest little child and the pride of your Mom and Dad's eye. I recall your Mother being a teacher and so would assume that it was at Elizabeth Ballantyne as that was where I attended school before going to Montreal West High School. I used to feel so proud when I pushed you around the streets of Montreal West - to be allowed to take care of such a good little fellow as you were while your Mother was out shopping or whatever. Reading of your Mom's passing brought back so many wonderful memories of time spent at your house and with you as a wee fellow. I know that you and your sister will have many great memories to help you through this very sad time - she was a lovely person and will be missed greatly. Take care, Heather (Patton) Turchyn - Brockville

Dear Jack and family : Our condolences on the passing of Pat. You may remember we lived next door to you in Mrs Cotton's house for 3 years in 1971 to 1974 when we moved to Halifax. We remember Pat as a very kind and caring neighbour and always inviting us to use your pool in those hot Ottawa days when we had 3 small children. Also we remember her inviting us us over for a Xmas eve soiree. Over the years we have kept in touch with the Zeitouins and we always enquired about you and Pat. We hope these words will bring some comfort to you and your family at this time. Regards Richard and Janet Miles, Queensland, NS.

Dear Jack, Chris and Jay - We are going to miss Pat so! much and have so many lovely memories of 61 years of friendship, and in particular the Teakle-Toughton hospitality, first of all when we were all newly weds on Thurlow Road in Hampstead, Montreal and then when we all eventually moved to Ottawa after 1975. Including visits to New York when we lived there and sharing information on raising children when we all started families. Our hearts are with you all at this time. Jean And David Benitz.

Dear Jack So sorry to hear about Pat. It's been quite awhile since we last met at Bill Earl's. I remember your kindness to Bernie and I, when first married. Many thanks. My sympathies, Ruth Scott
