Hi Michelle, The one who posted this photo of you really understands you. You are always at your 100%. That smile. How can we forget? That "force de vie"! How can we not notice your presence? You always offered to help other patients. I still remember your singing voice, your sincerity. You will be greatly missed. And, thank you for all the jokes that made me laugh so much. Rest in peace Michelle. G

I got to know Michelle in a bereavement support group for people who had lost their spouse. In sharing about the loss of our loved one, it was evident how much love Michelle had for Marc and she always managed to have a smile on her face and her infectious laugh would brighten a room in good times and bad. Michelle was blessed to find love again in Patrick. To see her smile and find happiness again was a joy to see. Some of us from the group got together with our new partners and continued to share our experiences together. The connection we feel for each other through our common loved experience was a powerful one. My deepest sympathies to Patrick and Michelle’s family. The students whose lives you have impacted will no doubt remember the kind, caring, compassionate, and energetic women and teacher that you were. You have no doubt found Marc again and please say Hi to Omer for me. Heaven has gained another angel but far too soon. You will be missed.

Oh Patrick! Michelle was a beautiful person and brought joy to everyone. You can console yourself with the fact that you made her supremely happy in her last five years. She just lit up whenever I saw the two of you together. Take care my friend, the time of mourning will pass, but you will never forget this wonderful person Michelle, that you made supremely happy.
