Dear Ralph & family: Our sincere condolences to you Ralph, and your family, in your loss of Marlene. She was always so cheerful, with such a lovely smile. She was a sister Red Hatter to Joyce, for many years. And Ralph, we will always remember you singing Lily Marlene at the neighbourhood bbq's. May you find solace in Marlene now being at peace. Bryan & Joyce

To all of Marlene's family My heart goes out to you all in this time. Marlene loved you all and was so proud to have such a beautiful family, as she told me this all the time. She will be miss dearly, and I'll miss the stories and talks we had in the last years. Marlene was such a lovely lady she made me laugh every Friday. I'll miss her dearly.

It's so sad to learn of Marlene's passing - a good friend and colleague from over fifty years ago at the CBRT. As a new immigrant to Canada, she helped me feel at home and was always good fun. My condolences to her family - and especially to John and Julie, whom I never met but heard so much about from Marlene.
