MacDonald, John Franklin “Frank”

NRC Mechanical Engineering, Retired

Born in North Bay, Ontario to Frank and Clara MacDonald (nee Gunter), Frank was educated in Mattawa and North Bay and began 41 year career in science at the Chalk River Nuclear Laboratories (AECL). He was an outdoor enthusiast, loved fishing, hunting, skiing, and gardening. He was a vintage radio enthusiast, a confirmed DIY, and a willing volunteer in his community. The family wishes to thank the staff at Carleton Lodge for their excellent care of Frank for the last few months.
