My husband Dwight and I were very sorry to hear about Gary's death. His niece Heather is married to our son Stefan. We met Gary when we came to Canada for the wedding. He was so kind to us and welcomed us as a part of their family. We remember him fondly. We don't know why bad things happen to good people, but we send prayers to Karen , Jenny our daughter-in-law Heather, and the other close family members. Loretta and Dwight Prater

Heartfelt condolences go out to Gary's family. My husband Dick and I knew Gary from the Earl of March High School in Kanata. We crossed paths over the years, particularly when he worked at Home Depot. I will always remember Gary for his happy spirit, always smiling. RIP Gary.

Karen and Jenni Our thoughts are with you during this incredibly difficult time. We share our love for the Sens and will greatly miss Gary at every single hockey game. We spent years listening to his abundance of stories and he took care of us like we were his personal client. Gary will be forever missed. Cindy Joe and Jessica (section 306)
