To the Beveridge and Morrison families, I send my sincere condolences on the loss of Donnie. My mother, Elizabeth Morrison Watt Raymond was her first cousin, and used to tell all kinds of funny stories about going to Canada and spending the summers there adventuring with Donnie, Jim, Katie, and other cousins on Great Grandfather Morrison's farm. Somewhere I have a picture of Mom, Donnie and Katie sitting on the big white Plowhorse that GGrandfather Morrison had. I think George was his name? My mother is buried there at Spruce Haven, and I hope to go up to Canada again and pay my respects to the family in person. I don't think there are many family members of this generation left. I can only think of three. My prayers for your comfort. Blessings to all, Cathi Cogle, née Raymond, Seymour TN. Cathiwim@hotmail.com

Dear Beveridge Family, Your mother and father were always wonderfully kind to us during our 3 year stay in Osgoode. Being from Australia and having two small children, Donie was especially helpful assisting me to navigate new experiences like snow! My boys spent many hours playing in our Main Street driveway areas and Donie often came out with a drink for them. She also extended her warmth to our older visiting relatives, taking the time to proudly show them aspects of Canadian life because she was so proud of her community. We remember her fondly and am sadden to learn of her passing. Julie and Leon Williams

Donnie and I were classmates when we trained as nurses in Brockville. She ha a very quiet sense of humour and was always supportive. I always looked forward to the annual reunions and seeing her again to catch up on her news. She treasured her family so much and was so proud of them. I know they have wonderful memories of their life with Donnie and these will help them at this difficult time. My sympathy to all of the family. Marie Van Dusen (Bell class of 1955 BPH)
