Dear, most beautiful Connor. This photo of you and me was taken by Gramps just 5 days before you left us. Oh, how your Mommy, Daddy and sister Gracie’s hearts must be breaking. We shall all miss you so very much. You were our shining light and gave us all untold and countless joyful moments. You knew you were so deeply loved by so many Connor, and you gave your all to let us know you did ... right up until the last. The legacy you have left us with is your immense courage and joyful spirit. You must be so very proud of your exceptional parents and all they did to make sure you were as happy and comfortable as possible at all times. Ed, Jane and Gracie Mae, may you find the strength and comfort in each other and the great love that you share to go forward and be happy in your lives, cherishing the wonderful memories of this amazing grandchild you blessed us with. We are so very, very sorry - our heartfelt love to you all. Granny & Gramps

To Ed, Jane and Gracie I want to send my sincere condolences on the passing of Connor. Although I'm no longer at Maple Grove I remember how much we all loved and cared for Connor and how he loved being in the classroom with his friends. I will never forget his smile and his love of music. We often talked about him after he left Maple Grove and always hoped he was well. I'm very sorry to hear about your daughter Hannah. We never met her but I'm sure she had that same beautiful smile and dimples Connor had. Gracie is very fortunate to have had such a loving brother and sister. Ed and Jane, may you find comfort in knowing how loved Connor was and how much we appreciated the trust you had in us to leave Connor in our care. God bless Elaine Combley (former Maple Grove Principal).
