I am saddened to hear of Bud's passing. Wayne, your dad was instrumental in shaping many careers in the government. He was a fair man who fought for the underdog, and I for one was a recipient of his teachings. It was truly a privilege knowing him. I will miss him. Thoughts to you and your family at this difficult time.
