Jim, I am so sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. You were both welcoming and kind to me when I started Taoist Tai Chi in Bells Corners eleven years ago. I enjoyed knitting baby hats with Barbara when we had a little knitting group after our tai chi class. She was a wonderful person. My condolences to you and all the extended family. Susan Oke

My deepest sympathy to Jim and the whole family. Barbara was a true guiding light at the Ottawa Knitting Guild and always gave me unwavering support when I was on the executive. She generously shared her wonderful creativity and master skills with everyone always with a kind word and a smile. She will be missed deeply.

I knew Barbara through The Ottawa Knitting Guild. She was a loving, caring and very talented woman who wanted only to share her passions with others. Thank you, Barbara, you have made a very positive difference in many lives.

I am sorry for your loss. I had Mrs. Bondar as my teacher at George Vanier almost 25 years ago. I remember her classes even to this day.
