Passed away peacefully at West End Villa on Monday, February 20, 2012, in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of Chuck Nicholls. Proud and loving mother of Larry Nicholls (Pat Thornton). Cherished grandmother of Jennifer & Derek (Kim) and great-grandmother of Jackson. Dear sister of Helen Simpson (Al), Elsie Balascak (Mike) and Harry Lehto (Eva).  Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Judy (nee McFaul). Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore Dr. and Baseline Rd.), Nepean, on Friday, February 24, 2012 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held  at St. Patrick’s Church Fallowfield, 15 Steeple Hill Crescent,  on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment, parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
