Peacefully on Tuesday, August 14, 2012. Emma McCrossan, beloved wife and best friend of Bert for the past 58 years. Deeply loved by her sons Fred (Tara), David, Robert (Lorraine), her granddaughters Reilly, Carolyn, and Hayley, her niece Elizabeth (Brian Nicholl), her nephew Vernon McIlrath (Marie). She is survived by her brother-in-law William McCrossan (June), her nephew William McCrossan (Betty), her nieces Maureen McCrossan and Heather (David Maher), all in Northern Ireland. Daughter of the late William and Mary McIntyre, of Glarryford, Northern Ireland. She is predeceased by her brother James (Ina), sisters Elizabeth (James McIlrath), Sarah (Vincent Scarlett), Margaret McIntyre, and Martha (James Herbison).

Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore Dr. and Baseline Rd) on Thursday, August 16, 2012 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, August 17, 2012 at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Canadian Bible Society would be appreciated.
