Accidentally on Monday, June 11, 2012 in his 96th year. Beloved husband of the late Eileen “Mickey” nee Carter. Loving father of Bobby (Marilee), Karl (Cheryl), and Bruce (Suzanne). Dear grandfather of Karen, Aly, Trish, Philip, Kirk, and Hanna, and great grandfather of 7. He is survived by his brothers Tom (Theresa), Chuck (Betty), Bert (Aline), and Gil (Joanne). Brother-in-law of Colleen “Doll” Cameron. Predeceased by sisters, Olive Sherman, Mary Spencer and Joan Moore. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews and many friends. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of the Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road, at Roosevelt on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the CNIB would be appreciated by the family.
