Passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 2, 2012 at age 50 with loved ones at his side. Sean Gregory Holt husband of Julie Holt (née Mathieu), father of Phoenix and Nova. He will be remembered for his generosity, ethics and most importantly, the love for his family. A service will be held at the Tubman Funeral Homes, 154 Elgin Street, Almonte, ON (tel. 613-256-2160), on Friday October 5, 2012 from 10:00am to 12:00pm. A reception will take place at the Holt’s (914 Larocque Road, Brightside off HWY #511). In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Saint Elizabeth Health Care (http://www.saintelizabeth.com) for the exceptional care they provided Sean and his family.
