Suddenly at home on Sunday, August 26, 2012 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late May Evans. Cherished father of Judy (Denis Henry), Gerald (Ron Clow), Donna  and the late Susan (John French). Proud Poppy of Sara (Jamell Vanterpool), Christopher, Sophia, and Bianca.  Dear brother of Margaret Hall(the late Leonard) and predeceased by eight brothers and sisters. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road (at Roosevelt)  on Thursday, August 30, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Kent Street at Nepean, Ottawa on Friday, August 31, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. Those wishing may make donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or to Breast Cancer Action.
