Passed away peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, in Ottawa, on Monday, December 26, 2011, one day before her 91st birthday. Predeceased by her husband Major General Norman C. Brown. Loving mother of Robert (Brenda) of Sherwood Park, AB, Mary Bour (Phillipe) of Orleans, France, John (Christine) of Fort McMurray, AB, and Norma Lu Brown (Willie) of Chelsea, QC. Cherished grandmother of Joanna, Karen, Kelcie, Jesse, and Sean, and great-grandmother of Kennedy. Cremation has taken place. Marguerite will be laid to rest beside her husband at Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, Cedar, BC, in the spring.
