Died suddenly on Monday, January 4, 2010 at the age of 52 years. Loving and very proud father of Rachel Beverly and Leah Catherine and survived by their mother Cristine Bradley. He is also survived by his brothers Greg (Juan) Munger of Burlington, Peter Munger of Niagara Falls and by 3 nephews Robert, Brant, and Hayden, and his niece Hannah. Dear cousin of Laura Munger of Oakville, Andrew Munger of Toronto, and Michael Vollmer of Burlington. Steve was a long time employee at the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, and worked at Environment Canada and McMaster University prior to that. He was a talented scientist and a great conservationist with a passion for nature, aquatic life, campfire guitar, and many other pursuits of the heart. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road at Roosevelt on Monday, January 11, 2010 from 1-2 pm followed by a memorial service in the chapel at 2 pm.
