| Peacefully, with her family by her side, on Monday, April 21st 2008 at the age of 96. Coila was the dear daughter of the late Henry and the late Pearl Smith of Mystic Quebec, in the Eastern Townships. Beloved wife of the late Reginald Corey, they moved to Ottawa from Montreal in 1948. Loving mother of Wayne (Dr. Kitty Carson) and Carol (Blair) Phillips and dear Grammie of Allison Phillips (Bill Betts), Andrea Phillips (John Rodenburg), Robert Phillips, and Matthew Corey. Great grandmother (G.G.) of Saskia, Sophie and Anna Rodenburg and Amelia Betts. Predeceased by her brother Royce Smith and sister Iileen MacArthur. Sadly missed by her sister-in-law, Peggy Breckenridge of Toronto and dear lifelong friends Catherine (Mrs. Jack Gibson) and Nettie (Mrs. Doug Sharkey) and many friends at City View United Church in the Miriam unit. Fondly remembered by her niece Sandra Grevatt and nephews, Dr. David Smith and Peter MacArthur. Greatly admired Grade one teacher at Parkwood Hills Public School, Nepean.
